1. Return Window
Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery. To initiate a return, you must do so before the delivery person leaves, and you must not open the box or packaging.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be made in front of the delivery person before they leave.
- The box or packaging must remain unopened and in its original condition.
3. Process for Return
- Inspect Without Opening: Upon delivery, carefully inspect the outside of the package.
- Request Return: If you decide to return the item, inform the delivery person before they depart. They will assist with the return process.
- Return Verification: The delivery person will verify the unopened status of the package and facilitate the return.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
- Customized or personalized products
- Perishable goods
- Digital products or downloads
5. Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the return is verified. Please allow 20 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
